Fleming's + Hangar 24 = :9

If you have a taste for the finer things in life, then this might just be the event for you.

Bringing together two great gustatory experiences, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Rancho Cucamonga, 7905 Monet Ave., will present a Hangar 24 Beer Dinner at 6:30 p.m. on May 20.

The event will be hosted by Fleming's Wine Manager Kyle Witter and Hangar 24's Brewmaster Kevin Wright.

The four-course dinner includes beer pairings with each course.

Fans of Hangar 24 and Fleming's are probably already sold, but here's a look at the evening's menu:

  • Thai chicken flatbread and lobster corn dogs with mustard sauce paired with Hangar 24 Orange Wheat and Alt-Bier
  • Shrimp and mango lettuce cups served with Hangar 24 Helles
  • Confit chicken wing and Maytag blue cheese mirepoix with Hangar 24 Double IPA
  • Hangar 24 Chocolate Porter float with bacon truffles
That last one alone would likely give me a food high.

Seating for the event -- which will cost $59 per person, excluding tax and gratuity -- is limited.
