Nena's announces reopening

So, after I listed several recently-closed restaurants in the Inland Empire in the newspaper column last week, one of those restaurants has responded.

San Bernardino's Nena's Mexican Restaurant, 642 N. D St., posted a comment via Facebook on the online version of the column.

The comment reads:

Nenas Mexican Restaurant has only closed temporarily. We will re-open our doors on Monday April 25, 2011. We would like to thank all our customers for your patience and patronage. In addition to our regular menu, we will introduce lots of food specials. We are happy to announce our new lounge/club format.
So there you have it. The restaurant, 642 N. D St., will reopen April 25.

That's good news for downtown diners.
