In an interesting mlange of music and food, Anthony Suter (shown at left), resident composer and music theory professor at the
University of Redlands, will be the featured guest chef at a fundraising dinner for Redlands Choral Artists.

Chef Suter will treat guests to a delicious multi-course
meal on Tuesday (June 14) at Farm Artisan Foods in Redlands.

A full $20 of the cost of the dinner ($65 per person) will go to the ensemble.

Redlands Choral Artists is composed of sixteen singers from across California.

Under the direction of Jean-Sbastien Valle, the choral ensemble seeks to enrich the
Inland Empire with exceptional interpretations of traditional and innovative chamber
choral works.
