A new self-serve frozen yogurt place recently opened in Highland.

What distinguishes the very kid-friendly Major Brain Freeze from the competition is the availability of both Greek-style and Activia frozen yogurt flavors.

I’ve never seen either of those in a frozen yogurt shop, and being a fan of Greek-style yogurt, was eager to try the frozen variety.

I was not disappointed.

I topped it with Red Hots for a dessert that was hot, cold, creamy, crunchy, spicy and sweet all at the same time. Yum!

A grand opening is planned for the beginning of October.
