So, according to this post from Wendy Leung’s RC Now blog, Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour is tentatively set to open on Tuesday (December 6).

I’m guessing that’s just a shade optimistic.

The latest from the chain’s Facebook page indicates that they will make an announcement next week.

In the meantime, you can sneak a peek of the restaurant’s interior in some shots they took during a crew training session and posted on Facebook.

Either way, I’m guessing it’s just a few more days until you can get your Gibson Girl fix!
