For those of you who might have missed it on Monday’s business page, Rancho Cucamonga reporter (and Dine 909 contributor) Wendy Leung wrote about the expansion of Juanita’s into Rancho Cucamonga.

The popular Mexican restaurant began in Pomona in 1976, and served only red pork burritos and shredded beef tacos.

The restaurant eventually expanded (along with the menu) to include a second location in Ontario.

The new location expands the menu even further by adding French fries and chili verde fries to the mix.

The Rancho Cucamonga Juanita’s is at 9651 Base Line, at Archibald Avenue, formerly a Taco Bell.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
