Farrell's to open Friday

Oh, boy! One of the most anticipated restaurant openings is happening Friday (December 9).

The Rancho Cucamonga Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour opens at 11 a.m.

The fondly remembered restaurant makes its long-awaited return to the Inland Empire in a space that previously held a Romano's Macaroni Grill, at 10742 Foothill Blvd.

Leading up to Friday's grand opening, the chain held a free dinner tonight for active military, veterans and their families, the 70th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, and will host a free lunch on Thursday for VIPs and newsletter contest winners.

The chain formerly had Inland Empire locations in Montclair and Riverside.

Will you brave the crowds to be there for the opening? Let us know below.
