The second location of the Muffin Top Bakery has opened in downtown Redlands.

The bakery, whose Riverside location opened in 2007, specializes in vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free breads and pastries.

The bakery is planning to open an espresso bar in a few weeks and will eventually offer sandwiches.

The Redlands Muffin Top Bakery is at 233 E. State St.
