KVCR-TV’s Out to Eat host Cliff Young is a busy, busy man.

In February, he curated the first Palm Springs Food Truck Festival. A couple of weekends ago, he put together the Palm Springs Craft Beer Conclave.

This Saturday (April 7), he’s curating another Inland Empire food truck event, the Pechanga Food Truck Festival.

But he’s still not done.

On April 22, he’ll be curating the first large-scale San Bernardino food truck event, the Route 66 Food Truck Festival at the newly-renamed San Manuel Stadium.

Details for Saturday’s event? The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula. Tickets are available now and are $10 (plus a $1.24 service fee) for general admission (11 a.m. entrance) or $40 (plus a $1.99 service fee). Tickets will be $15 at the door. Kids six and under are admitted free. Click here to purchase tickets.

There will also be a beer garden.

So far, Cliff’s got 35 trucks lined up for the Pechanga event, including the I.E.-based Where’s the Fire? Gourmet Pizza, Suite 106 Cupcakery and Cafe 2 U. Head over the jump to see if your favorites will be there.
