We (and Rancho Cucamonga reporter Wendy Leung) have been covering the long, long, long gestating Toby Keith’s I This Bar & Grill, 12635 North Main St., Rancho Cucamonga.

The Victoria Gardens bar/restaurant/nightclub, which moved in where West Elm used to be, was originally slated to open in January 2011.

A job fair was held in December.

In February, the general manager was projecting to open mid-March.

Well, today on Facebook, it was announced that the location was finally open.

And the masses cheered.
