Ritual Brewing goes on the air

Ed Heethuis, Director of Sales at Ritual Brewing in Redlands, went on KFI 640′s Fork Report this past Saturday (September 22) to discuss beer and the new brewery.

A few of the tidbits gleaned from the interview:

  • Ritual is the exclusive beer provider for the Golden Foodie Awards.
  • Among Ritual’s brews is “Wit’s End,” a witbier made with local orange zest and coriander.
  • Bars and restaurants will begin offering Ritual Brewing beers this week (although there’s no mention of when the tasting room, 1315 Research Drive, will open).
