Oktoberfest at Fairplex weekends through October 28

What do beer, a variety of German food, King Taco, a German “Oom Pah” band and a trio of tribute bands have in common?

They’re all part of Oktoberfest at Fairplex, which runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Oktober October 28.

Tickets are $5 per person and parking is $10 per vehicle.

Fridays and Saturdays are 21 and over, while Sundays are family days, but those under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

In an “only in Southern California” twist, King Taco will be serving your fair favorites alongside the German buffet line.

The Rheinlanders will perform, as will Sounds of Santana (Santana tribute), Queen Nation (Queen tribute) and DSB (Journey tribute).

Doing the chicken dance to “Bohemian Rhapsody” is absolutely verboten.
