Tickets available now for 19th annual Chocolate Fantasy

Who doesn’t love chocolate?

Diabetics, I suppose, and even most of them probably love chocolate, even if they’re not supposed to eat it.

If you love chocolate, good food and supporting a worthy cause, tickets are available now for the 19th annual Chocolate Fantasy.

The event is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs.

The fundraiser will take place from 6:30 to 11 p.m. Saturday, February 9, at the Mitten Building, 345 N. Fifth St., Redlands.

Tickets for the black-tie-preferred event are $75 per person.

It’s not all about the chocolate, however.

Participants will be able to sample offerings from Bon Appétit, Corner Bakery, Joe Greensleves, Jose’s Mexican Food, Michelle’s, Mill Creek Cattle Co., State Street Winery and Tess’ Place.

Local restaurants and catering companies compete for Chocolatier of the Year, Restaurant of the Year and Decorations of the Year.

The Best of Everything Band will once again perform and give participants a reason to dance the night away.

And if delicious food, fantastic desserts and great music aren’t enough, the event will also feature live and silent auctions, as well as a raffle opportunity to win a iPad mini.

If you’re just interested in winning the iPad, raffle tickets are also available now, and you don’t have to be present to win.

Tickets for the 21-and-older event are available at the Boys & Girls Clubs’ administrative offices, 1251 Clay St., Redlands, or by calling 888-822-6535.
