Cal State San Bernardino expands food truck offerings

Cal State University San Bernardino has been hosting food trucks for a while now, and they must be popular, because the school is expanding the number of days the trucks will be on campus from two to four days a week.

The school is also adding an Inland Empire-based truck, Pearson’s Louisiana Cajun, to the mix.

Returning are Calbi BBQ and Crepes Bonaparte.

The trucks park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Coyote Bookstore (just to the left of the main University Parkway entrance).

The trucks are open to all, but you’ll need a parking permit to visit them, or risk getting ticketed. A one-hour pass can be had for $2.
