Sunday (July 14) is Bastille Day, and Mimi’s Cafe is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year.
One might not think these two things are related, but they are.
You see, Sunday, Mimi’s is rolling back the prices of select menu items to what they were back in 1978, in honor of its 35th anniversary and Bastille Day.

Here’s a look at Mimi’s Heritage Menu, available at these special prices on Bastille Day only:
- Pain Perdu: $4.25
- Eggs Benedict (served until noon only): $3.95
- Muffins (Honey bran, buttermilk spice, carrot raisin nut, low-fat blueberry and cinnamon apple streusel): 45¢
- French dip sandwich: $4.10
- French onion soup: $2.25
