Food trucks will once again be part of the celebration at this year’s Rah Rah Redlands.
The annual tailgate party, sponsored by the University of Redlands Town & Gown and Bulldog Athletics, begins at 3 p.m. Saturday (September 7) at the university’s Ted Runner Stadium.
The event includes an open swim at the Thompson Aquatic Center from 3 to 5 p.m., food trucks from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., family activities beginning at 4:30 p.m. and at 7 p.m., the Bulldog football team’s first home game of the season.
Food trucks scheduled for the event include:
- Chomp Chomp Nation
- Cousins Maine Lobster
- Kona Ice
- Krave Fusion
- Me So Hungry
- Where’s the Fire Gourmet Pizza
Local food vendors include:
Tickets for the event are free for University of Redlands students and kids younger than 12, $5 for season pass holders and $10 for adults. A family pass can be had for $35.
Tickets will be available at the Frank Serrao Gateway beginning at 2:45 p.m.
Ted Runner Stadium is on East Brockton Avenue, just east of University Street.
