Dolce revamps its menu, hosts grand re-opening

About a month ago, Montclair’s Dolce closed its doors to prepare to launch a new menu.

The bakery and bistro is celebrating those changes (along with the end of a year-long expansion and remodel) with a grand re-opening celebration that will last through tomorrow (November 10).

The eatery is also re-branding itself as the city’s first gastropub. With 15 beers on tap, another 24 available in bottles and a fairly eclectic menu, I’d say that’s a pretty apt moniker.

Dolce will take 20% off all non-alcoholic purchases through Sunday, and will be offering samples of its new menu, along with beer and wine tastings from 8 p.m. to midnight tonight.

There will be a free kids’ cookie decorating class from 2 to 3 p.m. tomorrow.

Throughout the weekend, there will be raffles and door prizes, with prizes ranging from gift certificates to gift baskets to free cakes for a year.
