For those of you (21 and older, of course!) who have missed out on the previous Scotch whisky classes at Claremont’s Vom Fass, you’ve got another chance.

The next class has been scheduled for 7 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, February 6 at the shop, 101 N. Indian Hill Blvd., Suite C2-100.

During the class, you’ll get a chance to learn from experts about the history of Scotch and learn more about the regions of Scotland.

Oh, and you’ll taste six single malt, single barrel Scotches.

The cost of the class is $35 per person, and is limited to 20 students.

Other upcoming classes include an Easy Appetizer class (6 to 8 p.m. February 8) and an Easy Desserts class (6 to 8 p.m. February 28). Both cooking classes will be held at the Claremont Chefs Academy.
