Here at Dine 909 we like free, and we also like fish and chips, which is why we’ll likely be standing in line at Long John Silver’s sometime between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday (August 2).

The seafood chain is repeating its successful (and likely Guinness record-breaking) fish and fries giveaway it held at the end of June.

All you have to do is show up at any Long John Silver’s during those hours and get a piece of fish and some French fries, to boot.

Admittedly, Long John Silver’s are few and far between here in the Inland Empire (and nowhere in the Inland Valley!), but you can find locations in San Bernardino, Redlands, Yucaipa, Adelanto, Barstow, Riverside, Hemet, Wildomar and Temecula.
