Reservations are being taken now for an elegant four-course wine pairing dinner at Riverside’s historic Mission Inn.

The dinner will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, June 29, in the hotel’s Spanish Art Gallery. A reception will precede the dinner at 6:30 p.m.

The dinner will feature the wines of Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, EnRoute and Bella Union.

Beginning with an amuse-bouche of tuna tataki with wasabi aioli, paired with 2016 Nickel & Nickel Truchard Chardonnay, the courses consist of:

• First course: Pan-seared jumbo scallops with thyme beurre blanc, paired with 2016 Far Niente Chardonnay.
• Second course: Heirloom tomato salad, paired with 2015 EnRoute Pinot Noir.
• Main course: Grilled prime filet with lemon scented lobster risotto, paired with 2015 Nickel & Nickel State Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon.
• Finale: Duet of artisan cheeses and pistachio mascarpone cupcake, paired with 2015 Bella Union Cabernet Sauvignon.
