How about red sauce, herb butter, olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan and gorgonzola cheeses, pepperoni, sausage, meatball, chicken, ham, bacon, black olives, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, artichokes, tomato, pineapple, jalapeños, fresh basil, cilantro, garlic, roasted red peppers, black pepper, pesto and barbecue sauce? Absolutely!
Our new friends over at the soon-to-open Rancho Cucamonga Pieology location have a slight problem.
You see, they’re training their new employees this week and want to put them through their paces.
The only problem is…they’re not open yet, and hence, have no customers.
That’s where you come in.
We’ve found another brewer who’s looking to open a tasting room in Rancho Cucamonga and has begun to raise funds using Kickstarter.
Cucamonga Pizza Co., 9659 Milliken Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, is donating 20% of its profits through Thursday (June 27) to the family of Lukas Clark, a 7-month-old apparent child abuse victim who died of his injuries on Friday.
The pizzeria is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
