In the same Rancho Cucamonga center as the recently-opened The Habit Burger Grill, Cafe Rio Mexican Grill will hold its grand opening at 10:30 a.m. this morning (May 3).
It’s the third Inland Empire location for the Utah-based chain, which also has restaurants in Redlands and San Dimas.

We might not agree on who to vote for tomorrow (November 8), but a $1 bean and cheese burrito from Miguel’s Jr. is something we can all stand behind.
The Corona-based Mexican fast food chain is offering the deal for reaching the milestone of 100,000 Facebook fans.
The deal is good all day at all locations, and is limited to one burrito per person.
Inland Empire Miguel’s Jr. locations include Ontario, Fontana, Grand Terrace, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Norco, Corona, Menifee and Murrieta.

It’s not often you can get dinner for just a buck, but you can today (August 23) at the Fontana Pancheros Mexican Grill.
The location is offering burritos for only one dollar from 4 to 6 p.m.

The Fontana Pancheros is at 16421 Sierra Lakes Parkway, Suite 300.
Del Taco recently introduced its new platos at select locations in San Bernardino, Redlands, Colton, Loma Linda and Riverside.
The platos come with a choice of either a wet burrito, two fish tacos or two street tacos, plus cilantro lime rice, beans and chips and salsa.
Prices range from $6.49 to $7.49.
It appears to be a second go-round for Del Taco’s platos. They were also tested about a year ago in the Sacramento area.

Business is booming at Miguel’s Jr., which has been rolling out its new breakfast menu to its 14 Inland Empire and Orange County locations,and the company is looking to hire 100 full- and part-time employees.
The chain will hold a hiring event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (April 30) at its corporate headquarters, 280 Corporate Terrace St., Corona.
