The Let's Dine Out Show's Grub Club is coming to the Eastvale Corky's Kitchen & Bakery on May 26.
The event will run from 2 to 5 p.m. and will include 14 comfort food breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert favorites.
It will also be a live broadcast for KTIE's Let's Dine Out Show.
Seating is limited and the event is nearly sold out!
Reservations for the event are $25 if you register by the end of the day today (May 11). The price goes up to $28 tomorrow (May 12).

It seems like only yesterday I was driving by the empty lot in Eastvale where a new Corky's Kitchen & Bakery was to be built. Actually, it was a little over ten months ago.I drove by again on Friday and discovered that the 24-hour restaurant was open!
Then, I spotted on the Corky's website that a fourth Inland Empire location is planned for Corona, at 3811 Bedford Canyon Road, Suites A8-A11.
The Eastvale Corky's, which joins locations in Rialto and Rancho Cucamonga, is at 12552 Limonite Ave, Suite 130.
There's also a non-I.E. location in Ladera Ranch.
Way back in February, we happened to spot a little tidbit in a real estate transactions press release that let us know that Corky's Kitchen and Bakery was opening a third location (after Rancho Cucamonga and Rialto).
Initially, they had projected a fall opening, but I don't think they're quite going to make it.
However, they are gearing up to open and are having a job fair this weekend and Wednesday and Friday of next week.
They are hiring for all positions.

That's right, Eastvalians, Corky's Kitchen and Bakery is headed your way, but you'll likely have to wait until this fall to get your 24/7 dose of Hobo skillets and Messina burgers.
Until then, the Rancho Cucamonga and Rialto locations are just a short drive up the 15 and down either direction on the 210. Road trip!
