I'm sure LaRoche will pinch hit today, at least. Maybe come in as a defensive replacement as well.
Thanks for all the info that you provide. I was curious if LaRoche will be suited up tonight, or if has he not yet arrived in SD?
BTW, Jon Meloan made a one inning relief appearance last night for Vegas. He has been starting all year, so this could be a sign that the Dodgers want him in their pen.
LaRoche is here and suited up. Torre said he'll be in the lineup tomorrow, either at 1B or 3B depending on whether Joe decides to rest Loney or DeWitt against the lefty Randy Wolf.
