Is Jeff Kent a gamer or what? Biggest series of the year so far and the Truck Washer wants out. He's a real hard-nosed old-timer who plays the game like it used to be played.
Shame Ethier can't play...he's 6 for 14 lifetime vs. Webb. Only Loney and Martin have done ANYTHING vs. Webb other than that. Unless the Dodgers get some performances out of some guys who haven't done anything against this guy, it's gunna be a long (or short, depending on how you look at it.) night.

#24 isn't available because it's retired for Walter Alston. Biggest game of the year thus far & Mr. Chuckles won't play (yeah real tough nose veteran) because his leg hurts; boo woo woo. And Ethier has a touch of a "stomach virus," but he's in the dugout looking fine eating pumpkin seeds. What gives?
Well, the thing about the play Kent made getting thrown out at 3rd almost coast the Dodgers a run. He shouldn't have tried the play in the first place and now he's "Hurt."
Dodgers should release Danny Ardoin right now and Sign Paul Lo Duca who was just released. NOW!!!!!! get on the phone Ned!
Paul LoDuca was just released by the Nats, as was Felipe Lopez. Interesting....
