Today's lineup: same as yesterday's

| | Comments (6) |

This is the what I like to see, the same eight guys batting in the same order every day. Of course, this isn't every day. It's just two days in a row. And in this day and age, that's about as close as you're going to get.

Martin. C
Ethier. RF
Ramirez. LF
Loney. 1B
Blake. 3B
Kemp. CF
DeWitt. 2B
Berroa. SS
Lowe. RHP

Take a look at the still I captured from image of the play at the plate in the 5th inning.... looked safe to me. Isn't that a reviewable call?

What an incredible photo! If this doesn't warrant instant replay for home plate calls, I don't know what does.

The Diamondbacks, McCain, and anything Arizona are really pests right now.

Joe needs to get rid of his hard on for Sweeney. I'd rather have Berroa hit and then Pee Wee pinch hit for the Pitcher. If Pee Wee got on the inning would have been over. Sweeney should be working at a gas station somewhere.

Also, if Broxton is the closer why has Joe brought him in two games in a row in non save situations? That's a great way to waste our closer who has already been complaining of some soreness.

Wow! Sweeney with a weak grounder to second. Joe was the only person who didn't see that coming. Why is he still on the team?. If he wasn't a "Veteran Leader" he would have been gone a long time ago. Does anyone realize he's has a lower Batting Average then ANDRUW JONES!?!?

I'd rather have Kuroda pinch hit than Sweeney, like last night (Joe left him in to hit, almost like pinch hitting for himself) ... hey, he actually got a hit!
