Today's very basic lineup and a couple of other things

| | Comments (2) |

Saito's simulated game went really well. He'll throw another one either Tues. or Wed. and probably be activated Friday. And Rafael Furcal did the most he has done, taking ground balls and running. Said he felt great afterward, but also cautioned that it's goig to be more about how he feels tomorrow.

Martin. C
Ethier. RF
Ramirez. LF
Loney. 1B
Blake. 3B
Kemp. CF
DeWitt. 2B
Berroa. SS

He almost did it again today! If Loney would have gotten on base Sweeney would have come up to bat with RISP and 2 outs for the 21st time this season. He's 0-15 in that situation. I've never been so happy to see Loney bounce one back to the pitcher. Saved us the embarrassment of watching Sweeney try to hit.

Hey, what happen to the post game posts??

Your 5 for the last 9! While that's better than AZ record as of late, it's not good enough!!! (meant in the politest way possible)
