OK cool. I back this...some will say, too old blah blah blah. What were our other SOLID options on the market? I hope this then follows w/ signing Furcal for 2 years and Manny for 3. We obviously won't get CC, which I'm fine with because he's overpriced. We need both a healthy Furcal and Manny back, and a good starting pitcher. Lay off Jones and see if there's ANY takers for Pierre via a trade for some bullpen relief.
