Yhency Brazoban shut down again
The cortisone shot either didn't take or didn't hit the right spot. He had hoped to be pitching again within a week, but that now seems unlikely. We may NEVER see this guy in the majors again, the way things are going. And to think, there was a time when he was a decent major-league closer. ... By the way, Cory Wade and Hong-Chih Kuo played catch today. Both of them are doing well and should be back on regular programs in a few days.
Thanks for the great updates daily Tony! I've already had heart attacks about our pitching staff this upcoming season, and these updates calm them for a second.
Too bad. I was hoping that he could overcome his arm problems.

Any more tidbits on the other pitchers in yesterday's scrimmage? Of all the left-handers they rolled out, who looked sharp? In know it is VERY early in spring, but is there still thoughts of bringing in Biemel if the host of lefty's don't look good?
Also, anyone look good at the plate yesterday?
