Matt Kemp had two singles and a walk in three plate appearances. Chad Billingsley had a pretty good outing, going five innings, giving up two runs on four hits and striking out five without a walk. The important thing to keep in mind, especially for those players who end up getting cut at the last minute, is that this is nothing more than the opening-day roster being set.
