Kershaw the safety net

Clayton Kershaw is being used as a safety net tonight. If Hiroki Kuroda - who's already pitched three innings - has a short outing, Kershaw will come in for relief but only to start an inning. If Kershaw doesn't pitch, he'll start Thursday. If Kershaw pitches tonight, his start will be delayed until Friday.
