Some odds and ends from Dodgers spring training.

Some odds and ends from Thursday at Camelback Ranch, the final day before the Dodgers’ position players are expected to report to spring training.

• Thirteen pitchers threw their first official bullpens of the spring today: Zack Greinke, Hyun-Jin Ryu, Ted Lilly, Aaron Harang, Matt Palmer, J.P. Howell, Josh Wall, Steve Ames, Peter Moylan, Kevin Gregg, Ronald Belisario, Kenley Jansen and Brandon League.

• Ryu told reporters that he was satisfied with his fastball and changeup, but that his curveball “isn’t there yet.” Dodgers pitching coach Rick Honeycutt called Ryu’s changeup a “plus-plus pitch.”

• Ryu also cracked a joke about his slow jogging time Wednesday, telling reporters through an interpreter: “The trainers told us to run it in 35 seconds; why are they running it in 26 seconds?”

• On Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 23-24, Camelback Ranch will host the inaugural Legends Weekend with former players from both the Dodgers and White Sox franchises on site to sign autographs and greet fans. Dodger alumni Ron Cey, Manny Mota, Tim Leary, Fernando Valenzuela, Maury Wills and Steve Yeager will sign autographs from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. They will be introduced in pregame ceremonies for that day’s Cactus League opener against the White Sox at 1:05 p.m.

• Dodgers hitting coach Mark McGwire and assistant hitting coach John Valentin have spent the last two days working with pitchers off the tees on hitting fundamentals.
