Logan White, the Dodgers’ vice president of amateur scouting, is no longer a candidate for the Padres’ vacant general manager position.

White’s primary responsibilities with the Dodgers are overseeing the organization’s amateur scouting efforts, including the annual June draft, along with assisting GM Ned Colletti on various assignments.
