Hyun-Jin Ryu experiences setback in shoulder rehab.

MILWAUKEE — Hyun-Jin Ryu experienced a setback in his rehab from left shoulder inflammation and hasn’t thrown off a mound since Friday. Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Ryu’s next bullpen outing is to be determined.

“I know they didn’t feel like the last bullpen — he was 82 or 83 (miles per hour) — and they didn’t feel it was progressing the way they wanted so they wanted to give him a few days off,” Mattingly said. “I think the time before he was a couple miles up. That one he wasn’t. They were kind of worried about the ‘tired arm thing.’ I think that was one of those bullpen, off day, bullpen — so they wanted to give him (time off) and see what happens.”

Ryu is not traveling with the Dodgers this week.
