Yasmani Grandal collects six plate appearances in Triple-A rehab game.

Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal played in the first of what’s expected to be four rehab games with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday night. Grandal collected one hit and three walks in six plate appearances at Salt Lake. Oklahoma City won the game, 11-5.

Grandal is on the 7-day concussion disabled list. He’s expected back Saturday in St. Louis.
