Justin Turner is not in the Dodgers’ lineup Tuesday against the Arizona Diamondbacks, one day after the infielder fouled a ball off his left knee.

Turner did not take part in pregame warmups with the rest of the team and was not at his locker during pregame media availability.

Manager Don Mattingly said that Turner’s knee is still “stiff,” but he could be available to come off the bench by game time (7:10 p.m.).

Switch hitter Alberto Callaspo is playing third base and batting eighth today. Turner likely would have been in the lineup against left-hander Robbie Ray; only one left-handed hitter (Adrian Gonzalez) is starting for the Dodgers.
