Carl Crawford on timetable to rejoin Dodgers after All-Star break.

Carl Crawford followed up his 3-for-4 performance for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday with a 1-for-3 performance Monday in which he scored twice. The rehabbing outfielder has now played four games since his minor-league assignment began, and would likely have played a fifth today if Oklahoma City’s game had not been postponed due to rain.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly provided a rough timetable for Crawford’s return to the major leagues before Tuesday’s game.

“I think Stan (Conte, the Dodgers’ head athletic trainer) has got a plan kind of mapped out for him to be playing through the break,” Mattingly said. “They have the same time off that we do, then we see where he’s at.”

More specifically: The Triple-A All-Star Game pits the Pacific Coast League All-Stars against the International League All-Stars on July 15. The MLB All-Star Game is one day earlier. The PCL resumes regular-season play July 16, while MLB resumes play July 17.

The Dodgers visit the Washington Nationals on July 17. Presuming he doesn’t have any setbacks, that could be his first game in a Dodgers uniform since April 27.
