Jimmy Kimmel will again host Clayton Kershaw’s annual PingPong4Purpose tournament July 30 at Dodger Stadium. More details, and a tentative list of celebrity participants, were announced in a press release Monday.

Tickets for the public are available; see below in the full release:

Clayton Kershaw and his wife Ellen will host their 3rd Annual PingPong4Purpose celebrity charity event on Thursday, July 30th on the field at Dodger Stadium. Proceeds will benefit Kershaw’s Challenge, a non-profit foundation which works to transform at-risk communities and the lives of children in Los Angeles, Dallas, Dominican Republic and Zambia, Africa. Limited tickets and sponsorship packages still remain. For more information, visit www.kershawschallenge.com/pp4p.

The event will feature celebrities and athletes, including Dodgers players, in a single elimination ping pong tournament, with a silent auction and live entertainment throughout the tournament. Jimmy Kimmel (ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live”) will host the event and Uberpong is the official table tennis sponsor and tournament manager for the event.

“Our PingPong4Purpose event on the field at Dodger Stadium has become a fun tradition and we are excited to host it for the third year,” said Clayton Kershaw. “This event combines two things: our passion for making a difference through Kershaw’s Challenge and a favorite clubhouse activity. We’re looking forward to a great night for a great cause.”

As in years past, this year Kershaw’s Challenge has one goal and four amazing partnerships. Our goal is to provide a better quality of life and give opportunities to vulnerable, underprivileged children, from the skyscraping cities of Los Angeles & Dallas, to the dirt roads of Zambia and now, the Dominican Republic. We are partnering with four non-profits who we share a passion and vision to make life-changing impacts.

Major League Baseball recognized the Kershaws’ tireless efforts to give back to those in need, awarding Clayton the 2012 Roberto Clemente Award. He is the youngest-ever recipient of the award, which honors the player who best represents the game of baseball through positive contributions on and off the field.

Official Sponsors and Partners of the PingPong4Purpose event include: Southern California Acura Dealers, Under Armour, Goldman Sachs, T-Mobile, Sands, Security Benefit, Budweiser, Subway, FantasyDraft.com, Enterprise, Wilson Sporting Goods, Art of the Game, UberPong, Hidden Garden, Jon Soohoo, Best Beverage Catering, Pro Images LLC (Blue Print), Lyft and t.o. printing.
