Yasmani Grandal’s sore left shoulder will not keep him out of the Dodgers’ starting lineup in Game 5 of the National League Division Series on Thursday. Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Wednesday that Grandal was even money to catch starting pitcher Zack Greinke.

The Dodgers are keeping their lineup intact from Game 1 of the series, the last time they faced Jacob deGrom, with one exception:  Kiké Hernandez, not Carl Crawford, is starting in left field.

Here is the Dodgers’ full lineup for the 5 p.m. game:

Howie Kendrick 2B
Corey Seager SS
Adrian Gonzalez 1B
Justin Turner 3B
Andre Ethier RF
Yasmani Grandal C
Kiké Hernandez LF
Joc Pederson CF
Zack Greinke P

Greinke pitched well in Game 2; he allowed five hits and didn’t walk a batter in seven innings, allowing only a pair of solo home runs to Yoenis Cespedes and Michael Conforto. The Mets’ only lineup change is out of necessity. Wilmer Flores, not Ruben Tejada (who broke his leg in the seventh inning of Game 2) is starting at shortstop:

Curtis Granderson RF
David Wright 3B
Daniel Murphy 2B
Yoenis Cespedes CF
Lucas Duda 1B
Travis d’Arnaud C
Michael Conforto LF
Wilmer Flores SS
Jacob deGrom P
