Alex Guerrero will begin the season on the disabled list, too.

Alex Guerrero (knee) will begin the season on the disabled list, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Thursday.

Guerrero had an MRI exam today on his left knee, which he injured on a slide in a Cactus League game. The injury was originally diagnosed as a contusion. Roberts said the results of the MRI would be announced later today.

While the Dodgers have returned to Los Angeles for the annual preseason Freeway Series against the Angels, Guerrero remains at the Dodgers’ complex in Glendale, Arizona.
