Justin Turner (sore left toe) will return to Dodgers’ lineup Monday.

DENVER — Justin Turner was held out of the Dodgers’ lineup for a second straight day Sunday with a sore left toe. Colorado Rockies catcher Tony Wolters stepped on the toe in Friday’s game, and Turner has been moving gingerly ever since.

Here’s the update from Dodgers manager Dave Roberts:

Howie Kendrick is starting at third base today against the Rockies.
