Alex Guerrero goes 2 for 5 in final rehabilitation game for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga.

Alex Guerrero went 2 for 5 with a double in his final rehabilitation game for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Monday. He served as the Quakes’ designated hitter and finished with a .269 batting average in six games. His rehab assignment will transfer to Double-A Tulsa on Tuesday.

Guerrero said Sunday that his rehab will last three weeks in total — one week at Single-A, one at Double-A and the last at Triple-A.

Pitcher Yaisel Sierra, the Dodgers’ only 40-man roster player on the Rancho Cucamonga roster, started and allowed three runs in six innings. He allowed eight hits, walked none and struck out six batters.
