Dodgers pitcher Casey Fien increased his throwing distance to roughly 100 feet on flat ground today. The right-handed reliever has been on the 15-day disabled list since July 17 with tendonitis in his right elbow.

Fien has a 4.09 earned-run average in 21 appearances out of the Dodgers’ bullpen this season.
