Walker Buehler throws two scoreless innings in pro debut.

Pitcher Walker Buehler, the Dodgers’ first-round draft pick of a year ago, threw two scoreless innings his professional debut for the Arizona League Dodgers on Tuesday night.

Buehler, 22, did not allow a hit or a walk. He struck out three batters and lit up the radar gun according to multiple reports:

Buehler was diagnosed with a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his right elbow shortly after the Dodgers drafted him, and he underwent Tommy John surgery in September of last year.
