Wolf's day is done

And a very successful day it was. Randy Wolf went 5 2/3 innings, allowing two runs on five hits and striking out seven. He'll start the Freeway Series opener Thursday night at Dodger Stadium. Chin-hui Tsao gave up hits to the first two batters he faced, resulting in a second run being charged to Wolf, but then retired the final four batters he faced. James Loney, given second life when a foul pop got caught up in the wind and fell untouched, just doubled to the gap in right-center, scoring Andre Ethier (no, the slump isn't over, Ethier walked). Dodgers 4, Orioles 2, top 8
