Victoria Beckham in the house

This is Daily News reporter Jill Painter with a quick post....
Victoria Beckham and her entourage were just on the field at Dodger Stadium. She's here to throw out the first pitch tonight and was taking lessons from Derek Lowe.

``I'm really nervous,'' Beckham said. ``I've been to lots of soccer stadiums, but this is something else. I'm going to do the best I can. It's a huge honor for me. David will be watching from home.''
The David Beckham watch is in full effect. Beckham, who has signed to play with the L.A. Galaxy, is expected to move his family to Los Angeles in mid-July, Victoria said.
The paparrazzi crush following the Beckhams should be ridiculous. Victoria Beckham, dressed in short white shorts, a Dodger jacket and white wedge tennis shoes (for those of you who don't know what a wedge is, it's a really thick heel). Who wears heels to a baseball game? Well, Victoria Beckham, I guess. She was also sporting a new blonde hairdo.
I reckon that's not going to help her get the ball over the plate, but I'm sure it's more important to be fashionable.
She had a security guard, several assistants and the crew for the reality show about the Beckhams moving to L.A.
She posed for pictures with Mike Lieberthal, who will be her batterymate for the ceremonial first pitch. She also met Nomar Garciaparra. She asked him how to swing a bat, and he showed her.
It was hilarious because she took to the same batting stance as Craig Counsell, who holds the bat really high. Good thing she didn't take any batting practice.
She told Nomar she'd never played baseball before, so it should be an entertaining first pitch.
Despite reports out of Spain that Real Madrid officials would try to lure Beckham out of his contract to stay in Spain, Victoria said they're ready for the move.
``As a family, we're really excited about moving to Los Angeles,'' Victoria Beckham said. ``David is looking forward to coming to Dodger games as well.''
