To shuttle or not to shuttle
I took the shuttle from Dodger Stadium today, and it couldn't have been an easier way to get to the Coliseum. I got to Dodger Stadium at 2:15 p.m. and by the time I parked, got on the shuttle and arrived at 3 p.m. However, a friend of mine called from Dodger Stadium and said she left because the line to get on the shuttle was so long. She's trying her luck somewhere near the Coliseum. I wished her luck.

Comments
The Dodgers have no consideration for the fans who need to rely on public transportation. They blame the MTA for lack of tranportation from downtown to the ballpark, but when the service was discontinued after settlement of an MTA strike, they each blamed the other that the service was not going to be resummed. Getting to the stadium from Sunset and Innes by public transporation now is ok in daylight but a little dangerous at night. And, not everyone can trudge up that hill from Sunset. The Dodgers once had a shuttle going to and from Union Station on Friday nights and blamed their decision to shut it down on low ridership. Well, what could they expect with no late Metrolink connections to anywhere after 9:00 p.m.? Now, there is a late (11:30 p.m.) connection from Union Station to the Inland Empire on Saturdays. There are thousands of fans out here in the Inland Empire who can't drive the freeways and are dying to get to the games. When are the Dodgers going to take one baby step to help solve this!
