Ned appeals to Watson
Colletti asked Watson to review the situation a second time, and Watson has agreed to do so. That guarantees nothing, of course. But it does mean Watson is at least somewhat sympathetic -- at least until he reads Bowa's comments.

Tony Jackson has covered the Dodgers for the Daily News since 2004 and has covered Major League Baseball on a regular basis since 1995. He previously covered the Colorado Rockies and Cincinnati Reds. He is a native of Springdale, Ark., and a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Might we appeal to Ned Colletti in turn for Juan Pierre's release? His uselessness as a bench player exceeds his marginality as a starter. I realize he's not the reason we lost tonight, but--by donating two quick outs in a mere three minutes--he did his part. There are better bench players in the stands, or in Las Vegas. Let us be done with the charade he has ANY value to this team, as I suspect Hu or Repko could've apred us at least one of those outs.
Let us be done. RELEASE JUAN PIERRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
