Wow...This almost makes me not want to go tonight. Kemp goes 3-5 in his last game and we sit him in favor of Pierre. Not to mention if Furcal gets on, Pierre will just hit into a famous double play, or another failure bunt.
No beef with Pierre, just don't favor him over Kemp.

The Padres are using all their best players? Why have the Dodgers been refusing to use their best players for three years now?
It's starting to look like Torre somehow believes that Pierre will hit better against Peavy than Kemp. He can't really believe that, can he?
