ATLANTA — Home plate umpire James Hoye ejected Dodgers manager Don Mattingly in the eighth inning for arguing a strike called against Justin Turner.

Turner had some words for Hoye after the at-bat, which ended in a groundout, but he was not ejected. Mattingly then yelled at Hoye from the Dodgers’ dugout and was ejected from the game.

It was the fourth time Mattingly has been ejected this season, and the 19th time he’s been ejected in his career as a manager.
